Wine Malagouzia White Paggaion. Dry white wine from the long-forgotten Greek variety Malagouzia, which has been "reborn" over the last two decades and is now very popular. It has a very intense, expressive aroma, while being mild and balanced in taste. It is served at 9-11 ºC and accompanies ideal salads and vegetable dishes.

Wine Psiles Korfes White EOS Samos. Particularly light, greenish and shiny, the color of the most recent creation of the Union marks a sophisticated wine for the discerning wine lovers seeking special. The production of grapes coming exclusively from the best vineyards of the mountainous island, it built on old terraces and altitude up to 800 meters. Wine Assyrtiko White Domaine Mega Spileo. Straw yellow color. Citrus fruits, peaches with botanic notes and minerality in the nose. Good volume and crispy in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste.

Wine Etos Semillon Assyrtiko White Biblia Chora Estate. Etos is a cellar and bottle-matured wine that is released in limited quantities as it is made only in exceptionally good vintage years and exclusively from the Estate’s best vines. In 2022 Etos Semillon & Assyrtiko 2012 got released. The harvest year was excellent for the two varieties, which are grown in selected low-yielding vineyard expanses with arid calcareous and loamy soils. After some time in French oak barrels, the wine matures for many years in the underground cellars of the winery to resurface for release 10 years after its creation. This dry white wine has a deep golden-yellow colour. Decanting shortly before serving it cellar cool at 12-14°C is recommended.

Wine Santorini White Anhydrous. Santorini is the first wine created by the winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas under the name Delfinia. Wine Sauvignon Blanc White Gerovasiliou Estate. This wine is produced from Sauvignon Blanc, which is cultivated in several blocks of the estate's vineyards. Following skin contact in cold, it is fermented in French oak barrels and then aged on its lees for a few months. It has a a bright yellow-gold colour, a bouquet characterised by summer and tropical fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) and toasted vanilla on the palate. Wine Malagouzia White Boutaris Winery. Bright white-yellow color with greenish highlights. Expressive and typical Malagouzia perfume of mild intensity that focuses on fruity characters of melon, apricot and citrus fruits and is framed by more mature and sweet aromas of honey and jasmine. Fine and complex wine, with a full and slightly oily body that harmoniously bridges the passage from the nose to the mouth, as well as a characteristic peppery taste. Wine Fantaxometocho White Boutaris Winery. Fantaxometocho is generously fragrant and focuses on a completely floral character of honeysuckle, orange and violet flowers while displaying fruity notes of melon and white peach. Wine Malagouzia White Gerovassiliou Estate. Produced by Greek variety Malagouzia, rescued from extinction thanks to the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou. Wine Avdiros White Vourvoukeli Estate. This wine took the name “Avdiros”, after the son of the god Hermes, who was from Opounda in Lokrida. According to Greek mythology, the demigod Heracles built the town of Avdira in Thrace, in memory of his friend Avdiros when the last was killed during the fight with the wild horses of King Diomedes of Thrace. This label features the wild horse of Thrace. The wine has a soft lemon-yellow shade and intensely fruity aromas of peach, exotic fruits, and lemon blossoms. Its taste is characterized by a rich, refreshing sharpness and a long-lasting aromatic aftertaste.

Wine Robola White Orealios Gaea. This explosive combination of terms and sea of the land of Robola, offers to the special cultivation treatment, Robola Barrel, strong and intricate aromas of orange, grapefruit and mandarin, white flowers and herbs, as well as notes of honey, caraway and caramel. Wine Gerovassiliou Estate White. Created by the successful marriage of two Greek varieties of Assyrtiko and Malagousia. Wine Nychteri by Gaia White. Nychteri by Gaia  was born by the combination of Santorin’s Asyrtiko grape aged in oak from Nevers forest in central France and the ones aged in acacia barrels from Southern France. The very carefully selected grapes, the fermentation and maturation being carried out in 225lt and 300lt in new French oak barrels give us wines really exuberant and complete. Wood, vanilla, incense and acacia flower aromas when it’s ‘mouth’ is well-structured, round, mouth filling with a long finish. If it is kept in 12^ο-14^οC and supine position it will continue to evolve for 5-6 years in a more composite form.

Wine Magic Mountain White Lazaridi Nico. Bright golden yellow color. On the nose there are white flowers, citrus and freshly cut grass. It is rich with impressive volume evolution in the mouth and alternations of melon, papaya and passion fruit. Long finish with hints of freshly brewed coffee and brioche. Aging for 4-5 years after harvest. Served at 10-12 oC, with seafood, oily fish, smoked salmon, white meats and poultry with light sauces.

Wine Kydonitsa Tsimpidi White Monemvasia Winery. Kydonitsa Tsimpidi has a yellow-green color, a special aroma of tropical fruits, bergamot, rosehip and quince, characteristic of the variety. Kydonitsa is a wine with full body, freshness, pleasant acidity, long wonderful aftertaste. It serves vegetable pies, dolmades, fresh fish, white meat dishes with lemon and herbs.

Wine Viognier White Gerovasiliou Estate. The floral variety of Viognier was initially planted on the estate in 1993 in collaboration with the Agriculture School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Wine Chardonnay White Boutari Winery. Chardonnay is a wine with a crystalline appearance, yellow color with golden highlights. Wine Malagouzia White Domaine Costa Lazaridi.
