Wine Amethystos White Lazaridis Estate. Auburn, crystal bright color, with greenish highlights, sample of youth. Attractive, fresh aromas, reminiscent of peach, mango and pineapple, on a lemon background. The grace and finesse of Sauvignon Blanc meet the power and intensity of Assyrtiko. The result is a wine with a cool but full mouth and a long fruity finish. White Amethystos is one of the white wines that have been loved by very few of the Greek public. Accompanies green salads, small fried fish (atherina, pikeperch, etc.), cheese plate (white goats).
