Article title: Wine
Article main body:
Wine. Wine is an alcoholic beverage product of the fermentation of grapes or their juice. The wine has been here for thousands of years, with historians talking about the older wineries in the Middle East and Greece. Then the French began to replicate the wine production process, and today they are taking the credit for its discovery. Both white and red grapes give the same, pure juice. The red peel is the one that gives the red color to the wine, which is rich in anthocyanins. White, rosé and red wines should be served at different temperatures. The temperature for white and rose wines is 7-12 degrees, while if the white wine is more full, the grades reach 12-15. Red wine, on the other hand, should be at room temperature 15-18 degrees.
