Wine Chardonnay White Gerovasiliou Estate. Chardonnay White Gerovasiliou comes from the Chardonnay variety, which has been cultivated on the estate since 1983. After the pre-fermentation cold extraction, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels. It remains in contact with its wine lees for a period of several months, thus gaining in body and enriching in varied aromas. The color of Chardonnay White Gerovasiliou is intense golden yellow and is characterized by aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus on a background of smoke and nuts.
