Wine Aftorizo Red Thymiopoulos Vineyards. A new effort of Apostolos Thymiopoulos from a vineyard of Naoussa with very low acreage yield and production of about 1100 bottles that gives us a tremendous concentration in the mouth as it is herbal without losing the character of xinomavro with very nice and velvety tannins. Wine Diaporos Red Estate Kir Yianni. Deep red color with purple hues. The nose shows a complex aromatic character composed of successive layers of vanilla and chocolate notes from oak aging, and strawberry aromas typical of a young Xinomavro enhanced with floral hints, such as violet. The intense acidity adds zing to the rich, concentrated body, while the flavor intensity and the robust structure of the wine are a promise of a long aging potential.

Wine Mavroudi Red Vourvoukeli Estate. Mavroudi variety is one of the oldest greek grape varieties. Its name is associated with the characteristic feature of the grapes, their dark red color. This is a particular variety that displays rich aromas and at the same time, an intense tannic character, under the correct vinification conditions. The micro-oxygenation process that takes place during its aging in oak barrels, results in a wine with soft aromas of berries and notes of vanilla. Wine Megas Oenos Red Domaine Skouras. Intense deep garnet color with violet highlights. The nose has depth, concentration, complexity, but also finesse. Aromas of red and black fruits. Wine Amethystos Cava Red Lazaridis Estate. From its first appearance in 1991 it received experts’ flattering reviews  and until today it is still considered to be one of the top wines in Greece. Solid, almost black, dark red. Multilayered aromatic bouquet, with big development potential. Violet, blackcurrant, a hint of plum jam, mint, cedar and tasted bread alternate in the foreground. The sense of richness and power dominates without sacrificing balance. Tannins, firm but well crafted, dressed with plenty of fruit, promising longevity and great enjoyment in the future. While young it prefers more intense meaty flavours like four legged game, sirloin steak or beef in red sauce. When it matures it pairs better with more elegant dishes like fillet steak or roast lamb rack. It will continue to evolve for at least 15-20 years after the harvest year.

Wine Nemea Grande Reserve Red Cavino. Deep purple colour with vibrant red hues. Aromatic notes of red fruit syrup, roasted fruits, spices. Robust, with well-processed tannins. The finish offers a long after-taste of roasted fruits. Ideal with red meat stews or cheese platters.

Wine Amarantos Gaia Barrique Oaked Paggaion. Produced from the noble international varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Menexes Domaine Blend Red. The Menexes blend is produced from the Cretan variety Kotsifali and from the international Syrah and Merlot that mature in the privately owned vineyards of the estate. 30 years of experience in viticulture, careful vinification together with the 12-month aging in French oak barrels, offer this complex and special wine. Wine Avdiros Red Vourvoukeli Estate. This wine took the name “Avdiros”, after the son of the god Hermes, who was from Opounda in Lokrida. According to Greek mythology, the demigod Heracles built the town of Avdira in Thrace, in memory of his friend Avdiros, when the last was killed during the fight with the wild horses of King Diomedes of Thrace. This label features the wild horse of Thrace. It is a particular blend of two Greek varieties (the oldest Greek variety, Limnio, meets the rare Greek variety Pamidi) and a foreign one (the French Syrah). The Syrah variety provides primary aromas of berries (freshness), while the Limnio variety, after eight to 12 months in a barrel, provides peppery aromas, as well as notes of cocoa and tobacco. Its taste is soft, with mild tannins and moderate acidity. A full-bodied wine with a pleasant aftertaste.

Wine Epops Merlot Red Chatzigeorgiou Estate. Its color is deep gray.
