Wine Perpetuus Red Lazaridi Nico. Deep red color with brick red hues. Aromas of small red berries and violets with hints of spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper in harmony with the aromas of wood of oak barrels. The mouth wine is full, generous balancing acidity and has a mature dense tannins. The aftertaste is long, complicated with continuous development. Served at 18-20 oC, accompanying ideals lamb shank with saffron, pork frame with grape sauce and mountain hunting. Aging for 12 to 15 years after harvest.
