Wine Malagouzia White Gerovassiliou Estate. Produced by Greek variety Malagouzia, rescued from extinction thanks to the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou. After pre-fermentation extraction, the wine takes place in stainless steel tanks at 18-20 ° C, while a small amount vinified in French oak barrels. The wine remains on the lees for several months, gaining in structure and body. It has bright straw color with greenish hues and ripe fruit aromas, such as pear, mango and citrus. In the mouth it presents rich and filled with lemon flavors, giving a balanced finish. Serve at 8-10°C. Tasty combinations: Mediterranean dishes, seafood, poultry, pasta with light sauces and fresh vegetable salads.
