Coffees
Coffee is a beverage, made from roasted and ground coffee or coffee spores. Coffee has a rejuvenating effect, due to its essential ingredient, caffeine, an alkaloid that is present in the seeds of its fruits. It is estimated that the process of preparing the beverage is repeated worldwide over 400 billion times a year. Every day, 7 million tons of coffee is produced and sold worldwide. There are two basic types of café or coffee that produce the two varieties that support the world's coffee trade: Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee. The arabica variety is the oldest of the two varieties. It thrives better at high altitudes, it has a very refined taste compared to the other types of coffee and contains 1% caffeine. The robusta variety thrives at lower altitudes and has a tougher, tougher flavor.
