Coffee is a beverage, made from roasted and ground coffee or coffee spores. The arabica variety is the oldest of the two varieties. It thrives better at high altitudes, it has a very refined taste compared to the other types of coffee and contains 1% caffeine. The robusta variety thrives at lower altitudes and has a tougher, tougher flavor.
