Wine Gerovassiliou Estate Museum Collection White. The Museum Collection White is a combination of the Estate's five white varieties, Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. After multiple tastings, Vangelis Gerovassiliou selects the oak barrels with the optimal maturation and the best organoleptic characteristics, to create a collectible wine with complex aromas and long shelf life. It has a bright golden yellow color and is characterized by aromas of honey, pineapple, melon, passion fruit with hints of butter and nuts. Full, exuberant mouthfeel, with a crisp aftertaste and long aromatic duration. Enjoyed chilled at 10-12 °C. Fish with fatty flesh, mollusks and shellfish, poultry or pork with white sauces, smoked cheeses.
