Liqueur Luxardo Maraschino. Luxardo Maraschino follows the original recipe from 1821 and requires four years to produce this specialty. Marasca cherries are harvested from Luxardo’s own trees and the solid components are then infused in larchwood. The product is distilled in small copper pot stills.  Finally a combination of sugar and water is added before bottling. 

Liqueur Mastiha Castro. Liqueur Majuni. Enigmatic and unique like no other, this mysterious elixir with the signature bittersweet flavor is made using more than 15 different herbs, spices, roots and flowers from across the country of Greece. Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge is our signature expression, created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle by combining the character of cognac with the intensity of bitter orange. Liqueur Monin Original. After years of research, trials and tastings, Monin launched the Monin Original in the early 1910s. It is a delicate and refreshing lime liqueur, elaborated from lime peel distillation, combined with rare spices and tropical plants. Liqueur Jagermeister. In 1878, the Mast family opened the first alcoholic beverage plant in a town of Germany, the Wolfenbottel, and in 1935 created the first Jagermeister. The production Jagermeister recipe is kept secret until today. Liqueur Luxardo Orange. An Orange Liqueur with a sun-burst colour is specially made to add a zing to Martinis and cocktails.

Liqueur Limoncello Zanin. Limoncello is obtained by mixing alcohol with an infusion of selected lemon peels and sugar. Delicate, soft and rich it is a pleasure to have it at room temperature or ice-cold to enjoy it to its fullest.

Initially, the distillers, Meister, carefully select the herbs, using the extensive knowledge of the plant substances and their aromatic ingredients. Once the herbs are approved, they are weighed into different dry mixtures based on their characteristics. They are then ground and mixed. The name Jagermeister in German means chief hunter. The reindeer is the emblem of this particular drink, and is surrounded by an image of branches, oak and pine. The old German writing on the label translates as, "It is the honor of the hunter to protect and preserve his prey, to hunt with a racing ethos, to honor the creator through his creations". Jagermeister is drunk strictly iced.

Liqueur Coconut Castro. The Coconut Castro liqueur is produced from 100% natural coconut extracts, in a traditional way. The coconut fruit is extracted and releases a rich deep flavour and tropical aroma. Liqueur Luxardo Triplum Triple Sec. Triplum is a classic "triple sec" distilled by Luxardo, rigorously faithful to the original production specifications since the first half of the 19th century. The "triple sec" name indicated, in the tradition of that century, a liqueur obtained from the distilled dried peels of three types of citrus fruits: mainly curaçao (a bitter orange of the Dutch Antilles, from the island of that name), together with sweet oranges and mandarins. Luxardo Triplum is obtained from the distillation of the three types of citrus fruit mentioned above with the separation of the 'heads' and 'tails'. Only the 'heart', i.e. the central and best part, is sent to a second distillation. Other ingredients are included in the Luxardo recipe: dried orange flowers (zagara), pennyroyal, vervain, and others. All this gives to the distillate a unique refined aroma. The distillate is filtered, diluted and sugared. It is one of the few liqueurs obtained by distillation.

Liqueur Drambuie. Drambuie is a Scottish liqueur made from malt whiskey, honey and herbs. Produced in Broxburn, Scotland by the Drambuie Liquor Company, its alcohol content is up to 40%. Flavored with saffron, honey, anise, nutmeg and herbs, it is ideal for lovers of good liqueur.

Liqueur Bergamot Castro. Bergamot Castro is an aromatic, fruity, slightly bitter and assuredly enjoyable liqueur that stands out with its unique taste. It is produced from 100% natural bergamot peel extracts, in a traditional way. In the best of all but also his most beloved, he named it Frangelico. The Italian masterpiece made from nut distillate is still as before, the exquisite drink of all tastes. Liqueur Amaretto Castro. The Amaretto Castro liqueur is produced from 100% natural apricot kernelextracts, in a traditional way. It is a mildly bitter (“amaretto”), sweet liqueur with an intensely mature taste. The bitter almonds (apricot kernels) are immersed in alcohol and emit sweet hues of unique aromas with mild bitter tinges at the end. Liqueur Cointreau. The orange flavor of Cointreau is due to the bitter variety of the Caribbean Bigarade, the sweet Comuna, Cadanera, Salustiana from Spain and the rich aromatic Pera essential oils from Brazil. The harvest becomes the best for each variety season, and then the oranges are peeled by hand. The precious peels are dried in the sun except those of Pera until they become copper green. They will then be sent to the Angers distillery where another meticulous selection will be made, while the fresh peels will be soaked in alcohol for several weeks to release all their aromas. The Great Distiller, the protagonist, then has the floor. The ancient recipe comes from the treasuries and the proportions are observed with religious reverence. The real mystagogy takes place in the field of distillation. Twelve copper abysses, because copper and only copper contribute to the high quality of the final result, they shine and fill the atmosphere with warmth and aromas. The monitoring of the process is on a 24-hour basis because the drink must always have a consistent quality, since it has established it for a century.

Triple sec Castro Liqueur

The Triple sec Castro liqueur is produced from 100% natural citrus fruitextracts, in a traditional way. This clear and refreshing drink is prepared with sweet and bitter citrus fruit varieties (oranges, citrus and bitter oranges).
