Wine Secret Path White Melmar Winery. The excellent Thracian vineyard, the fermentation at low temperatures and the four-month stay with the wine lees compose a wine with a strong aromatic character, offering a bouquet of flowers, peach and citrus, well-rounded fleshy body and refreshing acidity. Accompanies grilled shrimp, small fish, pasta with pesto or light white sauces. Enjoy the cool at 10-12 oC.
