Wine Scalarea White Boutaris Winery. Bright and clear white-yellow color. It is pleasantly fragrant mainly with notes of white flesh fruits such as pear, melon and grapefruit. Full very soft and velvety body, rich, well balanced. It is characterized by a buttery aftertaste lasting in combination with the characteristic aroma of Vidianos. Village salad with barley cookies-dakos and capers, skewered spaghetti, grilled sardines with tomatoes and herbs, vinegar octopus, large grilled fish, lamb opposite, Sfakian pie.
