Wine Rose de Xinomavro Thymiopoulos Vineyards. Rosé de Xinomavro is the new creation of Apostolos Thymiopoulos. The grapes come from the mountainous Plantation, the coldest vineyard of Naoussa, thus ensuring the high acidity and freshness of the fruit. In appearance the wine is light orange, with tile highlights. On the nose, the complexity is magical, there are red fruits, sun-dried tomatoes, ripe peaches, thyme, lavender, framed exceptionally by cinnamon, nutmeg, with notes of chamomile to follow. In the mouth it is of medium volume, with high acidity and excellent balance. An intense feeling of oiliness and the gentle tannins compose a delicious and elegant whole. Long lasting aftertaste that persists.
