In the second contact after further aeration discover bacon fat, lard, black currant and plum. Admission is bittersweet flavor with caramelized onion and baked cookies. Inside the palate is tasty and fruity as if baked with fruit orchard. It ends with a great and bitter chocolate aftertaste.
