Wine Petali White Diamantakis Winery. Petali is a wine with a light yellow color, aromas of citrus, flowers and Cretan herbs such as thyme and oregano. The high acidity makes it cool and crunchy. The three-month maturation in the wine lees gives the wine greater depth and complexity that results in a longer aftertaste with a main feature of a sense of minerality.
