Wine Merlot Red Menexes Domaine. Menexes Merlot is 100% produced from the international Merlot variety that matures in the privately owned vineyards of the estate. 30 years of experience in viticulture, careful vinification together with 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, offer this special wine. Menexes Merlot is characterized by a deep red color, with strong varietal aromas of gooseberry and wild cherry, as well as tobacco, vanilla and chocolate. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18 oC. Ideal to accompany red meats, game and ripe cheeses. The wine is bottled unfiltered and may show a residue in the bottle.
