Wine Etos Merlot Red Biblia Chora Estate. This harvest was excellent for the Merlot variety, which is grown in limestone, clayey soils in the vineyard of the Estate. The wine has a dense black and red color and aromas of red fruit, plum, which alternate harmoniously with notes of cedar, spices, vanilla, bitter chocolate and nutmeg. In the mouth Etos Merlot is rich, with generous strong tannins, very good structure and intensely fruity and long aftertaste. It is recommended to transfer it to a carafe, just before you enjoy it. Accompanies beef fillets, pork leg, wild boar with plums, aged cheeses.
