Wine Emphasis Tempranillo Red Pavlidis Estate. A wine with an intense ruby color with hints of mint. Dense aroma of small fruits (gooseberry, raspberry), combined with sweet characters (dried plum, jam) and notes of nuts. Full in the mouth, slightly oily, with cool acidity and lively, but elegant, tannins that give it a perspective of evolution over time. Intense long-lasting aftertaste, with aromas of black fruits and licorice. It accompanies yellow cheeses, meats cooked with spicy sauces, game. It can be aged for 10-12 years from the harvest. It is recommended to use a carafe or to open at least half an hour before serving.
