Wine Domaine Mega Spileo Orange. Light orange with brown hues. Dried white flowers on the nose, together with notes of spice, botanical minerals and hints of toastiness. Fresh and elegant in the mouth, with rounded tannins and acidity that lend it structure, complexity and make it ideal for ageing. Long and cool finish. Fatty fish, meats with creamy or white sauces, ripe cheeses. Careful transfer of the wine to a decanter before serving is recommended, to avoid sediments and allow the flavour profile to better express itself.
