Wine Amethystos Fume White Lazaridis Estate. Amethystos Fume has a pale yellow luster, with yellow-green highlights. Attractive and complex aromatic presence shaped by both the grape and the barrel. Exotic fruits, cassis leaves, passion fruit, vanilla and sweet spices. The measured acidity balances the alcohol and volume of the wine creating a harmonious whole. Amethystos Fume has a long and persistent aftertaste, dominated by exotic fruits and wood. Its strong and complete personality allows it to accompany a wide range of dishes. Among them shellfish and seafood with white sauces, fatty grilled fish, fish with white sauces, pies and tarts with cheeses, pork and chicken grilled or lemonade.
