Amargo Chuncho Bitters
The Amargo Chuncho, or Chuncho Bitters, named after the tribe of Amazon Indians who resisted the Spanish conquistadors. It is the authentic Peruvian bitter and only an authentic Pisco Sour. To Chuncho is a complex and balanced combination, with more than 30 different fruit peel, spices and flowers from the forests of Peru. The combination is left in barrels for six months to mature before being bottled. The most synithismeni use is for cocktail but also used in cooking. Despite the low dosage used in cocktails, the bitters give a different profile and help all components "tie" between them.
