Intense and complex bouquet, earthy, with notes of red fruits, dried plum and pepper. Alpha Estate Red taste is generous, velvety, round, balanced, full bodied, with notes of vanilla, oak and mocha. The aftertaste is characterized by the balance of flavor and ripe tannins, long stay perfumes of which is dominated by notes of spices and dried fruits of the forest. A great aging wine. It combines perfectly with red meats, grilled or with rich sauces, sweet or spicy, hairy hunting and meat pies. Gruyere Crete Baji or gruyere sachanaki.
