Rum Diplomatico Ambassador Selection. Rum Dictador 20 Year Old. Dictador 20 Year Old is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. It’s then aged in pre-used oak barrels and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.
Rum Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial. Its deep amber colour hides a rich and persistent nose, full of candied fruits, cocoa, coconut, plums and cloves. It’s very buttery too. On the palate, we have again a first spicy flash of cloves, then it becomes fully sweet and syrupy, dominated by butter, toffee, raisins, figs, dates, cola, molasses and dark sugar. A very pastry-like rum, thick and coating, but which ultimately leaves the palate clean.

Rum El Dorado 15 Year Old. A delicious blend of Caribbean rum, El Dorado 15 Year Old marries spirits from the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills, the Port Mourant double wooden pot still and the Versailles single wooden pot still. All the tasty spirits are blended and then aged in bourbon oak casks before bottling. This was rated the best rum in the world at the International Wine and Spirit Competition four years running, and for good reason.
Rum Angostura 1824 12 Year Old. It is a mixture of the best aged rums, selected by Master Blender from selected barrels. These rums are aged in half burnt American oak bourbon barrels for at least 12 years, then mixed and put back in barrels. Enjoy a sip of this rum, pure on ice, accompanied by perhaps your favorite cigar to accompany their slightly smoky aftertaste.
Rum Plantation XO 20th Anniversary. Rich nose with nice notes of wax and an idea of scorched spices. Rich and well structured, evolving in subtle notes of aged Port, the finish, persistent Virginia tobacco aromas, liquorice and wonderful oak notes.
Rum Ron Carupano Reserva Privada. Rum displays a light brown color with amber and blond raisin highlights. Aromas of citric fruits, orange peel confit, grapefruit, and mandarins mixed with salty sea breeze. The citrus is joined by butter, popcorn and caramel notes to form a mouth-watering scent. Slight sweetness in the mouth gives way to diverse salinity, balanced by a closing touch of bitter.
Rum Legendario Elixir de Cuba 7 Year Old. A drink between rum and liqueur, is created by blending rums aged up to 7 years and raisin distillate extracted alcohol at least 45 days. The result is a rum liqueur, soft, dense, rich, full-bodied and nice deep amber color. The nose caramelized banana memories recognized, vanilla, plum, hazelnut, honey, spices and a few hints of smoke. The mouth is full with awesome wealth and concentration and the aromas of the nose to return to the long finish. If you prefer sweet flavors, will delight you. It served as an aperitif, but you may well put it in ice cream and sweets, especially chocolate desserts.
Rum El Dorado 12 Year Old. A great 12 year old Demerara rum from El Dorado. This has won golds at the Caribbean Rum Taste Test in London 7 times in the first 10 years. There are nine stills at the distillery, and this is based around coffey still rum, and double wooden pot still rum.

Rum Legendario Ron Anejo. The production of Legendario Ron Anejo based on the use of mature rums aged for a long time in oak barrels. Rum Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior. First made in 1862, Bacardi rum is the authentic, easy to mix, light weight rum that ages for one to two years in selected oak barrels. After aging, there is the process of mixing and the rum is subjected to a second charcoal filtration to achieve maximum clarity and softness of Bacardi. Bacardi Superior has a clean and clear look, mild taste and strong vanilla aromas combined with notes of nuts and tropical fruits. The finish is dry and soft. Facundo Bacardi started the revolution in the spirits industry in 1862 when he began production in Santiago, Cuba. It is said that the bat in the Bacardi symbol comes from the fruit bats in the family distillery in Santiago. He was the first to try to soften the character of rum by filtering it through carbon filters, and the first to produce white rum.
Rum Bayou Select. Describing itself as 'the rum for bourbon drinkers', Bayou Select is copper pot distilled from Louisiana sugarcane and then aged in the Solera method for up to three years. The result is a creamy rum with a bourbon-esque character, accompanied by notes of cinnamon and maple. The Solera method involves a pyramid of stacked barrels. The oldest liquid is in the bottom layer of barrels, the youngest in the top. When a batch is harvested it is filled solely from some of the bottom layer, and those barrels are then topped up with rum from the layer resting on top of them. This second layer is, in turn, topped up with the contents of the third layer, and so on. This process is a way of naturally blending spirits for consistent taste and quality.

Rum Plantation Grande Reserve 5 Year Old. At first contact with the nose all reminiscent smells present in an oven, especially brown sugar, honey, caramel tan, sugared almonds, and pipe tobacco, toasted marshmallow. In the second contact after further aeration discover bacon fat, lard, black currant and plum. Admission is bittersweet flavor with caramelized onion and baked cookies. Inside the palate is tasty and fruity as if baked with fruit orchard. It ends with a great and bitter chocolate aftertaste.
Rum Plantation 3 Stars. Admission is biscuit taste is bittersweet and lightweight body. Inside the palate has a circle supple flavors like dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, egg custard, vanilla soda. It has short aftertaste though refined and almost fragile. Serious white rum with hints of grass and herbs. The first contact with the nose offers delicate aromas of brown sugar, honey, cocoa. In subsequent contacts discern hints of roasted spices, especially, vanilla, allspices and clove.

Rum Botran Reserva 15 Year Old. Aged by the solera system in American white oak barrels that have aged before Sherry & Port Wine. Color glossy mahogany. Complex and explosive with a clear presence of toasted oak and a hint of vanilla.

Rum Deadhead Dark Chocolate. Single blended, 5 year old rum infused with organic cacao has the essence of coffee and butterscotch on the nose, the echo of dark chocolate is restrained but solidly present in the bouquet. Decadent dark chocolate flavor comes to the forefront on the first sip, layered with a back note of Bing cherry and cream soda.

Rum Plantation Original Dark Trinidad & Jamaica. The 2015 relaunch of Plantation Original Dark rum. With a new recipe, this is a blend of rums from Trinidad and Jamaica designed to be more approachable and suitable for use in cocktails.

Rum Chairmans Reserve Spiced. Chairmans Reserve Spiced Rum is an elegant rum with local spices and fruits. A mixture of Coffey that matures in a steady stream, in the Bourbon barrel and then mixed and rested in oak tanks for an additional six months. Aromas of local fruits and spices are added in the last six months of completion.

To create the Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros, the Maestros Roneros choose from the aging cellars of the Havana Club the finest aged rum, which stand out for their special properties. These selected rums are then aged in specially selected barrels, re selected by Maestros Roneros for their strong wood aroma, where the rum develops character and intensity. At the end of this aging process, Maestros Roneros collectively select the rum that will be the final blend, which is bottled directly from the barrel, at 45 alcohol degrees. Rum Kraken Black Spiced.
