Cocktail Base Lemon Sour Mix

It is used as a basis for the preparation of the mixture used for preparing the more cocktail (Sweet & Sour). It contains lemon juice and sprayed frozen egg albumin which gives the foam is synonymous with freshness in a beverage.

PREPARATION Sweet & Sour
(Approximately 1 liter)
Dissolve a folder Lemon Sour Mix (70g), Mixò in a liter of water thereby obtaining the Sour Mix.Take 600ml qnakatepste and add 210ml xymo lime Mixò and 150ml Mixò sugar syrup.Mix well with a blender.
